Not likely but could: It doesn't sound like it would be related, but i would be more suspicious if there were other changes, i.e.: increasing wbc, dropping hemoglobin or platelets, swelling lymph nodes, fever, sweats, chills, itching, etc. Whoever is following you for cll should check you out and get some blood tests.
