Could be : Remember there is a scar and healing at the back of the vagina. The odor is concerning. Schedule follow up and ask for testing for bacterial vaginosis.

Maybe: You can sometimes have some spotting after a tlh. However, i would recommend that you discuss this with your gyn soon.
