Malabsorption : Typically this is known as steatorrhea and is commonly associate with a foul order and may be caused by a variety of malabsorption syndromes due to dysfunction of the gallbladder or pancreas. It may also be due to excessive ingestion of nonabsorbable oils such as mineral oil. This may also be associated with poor absorption of fat soluble vitamins and should be evaluated by a physician.
