Gynecomastia?: I assume that you mean that your breast are changing (yes, men have breasts too). That area can change with the rest of your body, because of fat. But if you have a fullness in the glandular tissue, or if the nipples have changed, you may need an evaluation. Things that can affect male breasts include: hormones (anabolic steroids, for one) marijuana smoking breast cancer other tumors (lung, brain).

Purky Pecks: You didn't mention whether you regularly work out or not to keep those pecks in shape. Certainly if there is an imbalance between Estrogens and testosterone in your system, or there are other reasons causing a shift in this balance, such as liver disease, it might be best to consult your doctor and look into underlying hormonal causes of your "perky pecks.".
