A lot: Every drug or vitamins has side effect, nsaids can cause stomach ulcers , renal failure , HTN , and more but mainly large dose and long term it need to be done with supervision and frequent blood labs.

Gastric ulcer: Probably the two most common side effects of taking NSAIDS are ulcers of the stomach and liver disease. Have liver function tests performed from time to time to check liver status. And if you cough up blood, see your physician immediately.
