I'm having a colonoscopy i can't drink that stuff they give you is there something else i can do?

You are right - the colonoscopy prep is never a hit with patients - or doctors having their colonoscopies! chill the solution, and chase it with a strong flavored soda like grapefruit pop. Be sure you have great reading material; you'll be busy.
