Scraper: Get a tongue scraper at the drugstore, or from your dentist, also, you may need to brush more frequently, including your tongue.

Thrush: This could be a form or oral candidiasis -"thrush". Those with diabetes or those who have recently been on antibiotics can get this. People who have thrush need to start Nystatin solution and also brush their tongue several times a day. It will be worthwhile to see your md.
