why am i losing feeling of my hands?, sometimes its only e few seconds at a time, my bones hurt an awful lot.

Sounds like...: Carpal tunnel. This is pressure on the median nerve, and can be brief (not a few seconds), but a minute or so. I frequently get this while mountain biking, and i shake my hand and it resovles quickly. The fact that you have joint pain, suggest it may be do to arthritis. See someone in rheumatology, or your primary care doctor for guidance!

Get examined: this sounds like an ulnar nerve compression or inflammation. It must be examined, diagnosed and treated.
