A member asked:

Why are my fingernails going yellow at the top?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

All or some?: If it a few fingernails, it could be a nail fungus infection. If it is all, more system medical problems like liver disease, lung disease, deficiency of iron and zinc, or kidney diseases could be the cause. Lastly, smoking can cause yellowing of fingernails.
