If i have 40 day cycles and i ovulated on day 27 is it possible to get a positive hpt on day 32?

5 days is too soon: It's possible, but very very unlikely to get a positive urine pregnancy test just 5 days after conception. If the test result is possible, the pregnancy might actually be from the previous cycle.
