You will not: Likely get pregnant waiting until the day of ovulation to have intercourse. The egg lives 12-24 hours, sperm lives up to 7 days. You need to have intercourse prior. Ovarian cysts are not uncommon. Depending on the size it may be only a small part of your overall symptoms. You may have a bladder infection too, cysts usually don't cause that.
