You need a doctor: To prescribe medicines anyway, so why not see a specialist who can examine and make the appropriate recommendations and write the prescriptions. Btw, no magic medicine(s) exist to deal with loss of pigment cells in the skin (leukoderma or vitiligo). There are things that can help. See a dermatologist, who can give you proper advice.
