See a specialist: Any such condition present in a 2 year old is serious. He or she should have a complete evaluation by a pediatric cardiologist.

Needs his heart chec: Enlarged heart on the x ray suggests his heart is working hard. The hazy lungs suggest that the lungs are retaining fluid. Heart works as a pump and lungs are like a sieve. When the heart does not work right the body fluids do not get pumped through the lung and there is a water log. Difficulty breathing is again suggesting the lungs are filling up with fluids. He needs to be checked immediately.
