Liver Mets: Prognosis depends on the type of primary cancer, it's spread, your state of health, immune status, and state of nutrition, among many other variables. Your oncologist is in a better position to advise you on this. Tramadol is supposed to be a non-addicting, moderate pain killer and is effective, indefinitely, for moderate pain.
