Take a pass: Don't add insult to injury take a pass this trip. There will other ski days available, i'm sure.

Don't go skiing yet: Josh, looks like you've been waiting so i think this might come too late--if you've already gone skiing, i hope you did ok! if someone has an injury to their knee i usually tell them to rest/ice it for a few days. The problem with skiing with a sore knee (or any joint, for that matter) is that it is harder for your body to react to unexpected terrain changes and you're more likely to get hurt.
