Some work most don't: Medications must pass fda approval to make claims. Cosmetics can make claims that are not backed by scientific research (there are some restrictions, but not a lot). The best anti-wrinkle cream is retin-a. It is fda proven to make your skin look younger and healthier. You'll need to see your cosmetic physician for a prescription and get advise on how to use it in a way that avoids side effects.

Some work: Retin-a is a winner. Retinol is a winner, but is more mild. Most of the other over-the-counter ones are not worth the money.
