Orange slightly more: The oxygen radical absorbance capacity (orac) is a method of measuring antioxidant capacities of foods. The orac value of grapefruit, raw, pink and red, all areas described is 1, 548 μ mol te/100g. The antioxidant value of oranges, raw, all commercial varieties is 2, 103 μ mol te/100g. Juices have a much lower orac than whole foods.
