Yes: Rapeseed oil is one of the best sources of omega 3, 6 and 9-very beneficial essential fatty acids. It has the best composition, is high in Vitamin E , contains plant sterols-useful in lowering cholesterol. As with anything, even good fats should be consumed in moderation but daily substitution of saturated fat intake with rapeseed oil is beneficial
