It depends : Are you wondering if it is safe to eat? Yes it is. It tastes bitter. A genetically modified version of rapeseed oil is called canola. They took out the bitterness. If you are looking at is for its nutritional value then probably not. It does have 28% polyunsaturated fats and only 7% saturated.
