Yes: You likely have non-allergic rhinitis with irritant sensitivity. Medications are available that can help (nasal antihistamine for example). Good to use saline rinse to help remove irritants. Would also want to rule out vocal cord dysfunction, which is a treatable and highly-troubling problem (vocal cord spasm often triggered by irritants/stress).
