See your gyn: Could be many things, u need an exam, could be a sebaceous cyst or a Bartholin's cyst or bacterial infection.

New? Changing? : As stated a labial cyst is not uncommon. These may be stable or may grow or even become infected requiring incision and drainage. If solid, it could represent several other possibilities that should be evaluated by a gynecologist.
