You may feel so: It depends as you recover from depression there is a rebound in your feeling from miserable to normal and you may call it high in some cases.

Not sure what: you mean. However, if you have developed euphoria, high energy level, decreased sleep - then you need to advise your prescribing provider promptly. (Would need to r/o mania or hypomania).
