What could happen if i got some raw egg on my open cut?

Depends: It really depends. It might be fine, but the concern would be any potential infection including samonella. I would certainly wash it with warm, soapy water using an antibacterial soap. Wash it off....: You should be alright if you washed it off and covered the cut with a clean bandage. If swelling, redness or increased pain happens seek medical attention.
