Meds: If you're on treatment for swimmer's ear, add Acetaminophen (tylenol), or Naproxen or Ibuprofen if your stomach tolerates / not already on aspirin. If you haven't been seen yet, they could provide ear pain drops. A hot pack may be soothing in the meantime.
