About 5 days.: It generally takes five 1/2 lives for a drug to clear your system. If a drug is daily dose then 1/2 life is usually one day. You may feel slightly lightheaded while the drug is clearing. If you overdosed as a suicidal attempt you really need to follow up with your doctor or other mental health professional.
