Yes: There are som good ways to get more energy. First is getting more sleep and quality sleep. Next i generally recommend bright light first thing in morning which decreases sleepy chemicals in the brain. Avoid dehydration; alternatively worded, stay hydrated. Avoid excess stimulants that actually dehydrate you. Rule out another sleep disturbance at night making you tired during the day.
