Talk to her first: She should come to realize that she needs help before any therapy can commence. Unless she has a mental disorder that affects her capacity to make a decision about food intake, she ultimately has the right to choose if she wants help or not. Talk to her and see if she has any insight into how her eating problems may adversely affect her. If so, gently broach the subject of seeking therapy.
