Depends...: The best remedy for anal leakage depends on the cause. There are a number of anorectal problems that could lead to leakage including hemorrhoids and anal sphincter abnormalities. These are treated differently so i suggest seeing a colorectal surgeon who specializes in treatment of incontinence for a work-up.
