Uncertain: Your hubby's semen analysis is less than perfect and can be a problem, along with your age. If not already done, repeat his analysis. If still low, IUI would increase chances but cannot give you an exact percentage. You both need to see an infertility specialist-you a gyno and he a urologist, both of whom do infertility.

Low: The biggest problem in this situation is female age rather than sperm. Studies have shown very low fertility rates with IUI in women over 40. The best chances are to go straight to ivf.
