Simple measures: You can help baby go by coating a q-tip with vasaline & inserting it the length of the cotton & moving it in a circle. If there's poo to go it should come out.There are otc babylax suppositories that work the same way. For longer term an ounce of full strength apple or prune juice 1-2x/d will losten baby within 3 days.
