Infection unlikely: Most organisms (like viruses and bacteria) that cause infections would most likely not live very long on a piece of fabric. Larger bugs, like crabs or lice, could survive for a while. Most likely things will be ok. If she starts having any itching, irritation or new symptoms, i would probably bring her in to see her doc.
