Dehydrated: Any time you have a lot of diarrhea and/or vomiting, it puts you at risk for becoming dehydrated. If the diarrhea has improved, you should try to drink frequent small amounts of water and/or other rehydrating beverages. If the diarrhea continues/worsens or if you begin to see blood with the diarrhea, you may need to see a doctor to avoid more serious dehydration or other complications.

Need to be seen: It appears you may be dehydrated. Without being evaluated it would be difficult to determine how dehydrated you are.

Mild dehydration: Dark urine after substantial diarrhea means that u r low on fluids. Kidneys secrete the smallest amount of water in urine to allow for waste excretion while leaving water in the dry body. You need large amounts of fluid intake to exceed losses. Any fluid ok. Avoid those causing diarrhea like milk and orange juice. Apple juice, gatorade, powerade, whateverade will do. V8 ok. If cannot, may need iv.
