Yes: Bbt is not very accurate to determine ovulation; however ovulation might be delayed for 1-2months after a pregnancy loss or termination ( assuming you had a D&C for pregnancy related indication).

Possible: There are a number of things that effect ovulation, and a number of things that may effect the temperature response. If the d and c was for a miscarriage it may take longer to ovulate after because of hormonal changes.
