I had a tattoo a few year ago on the inside of my wrist and its gone really red, itchy and the outline has bumped up? never had problems before?

Reaction to pigment: What you describe is a tattoo-associated skin disorder. Reactions to tattoo pigment can occur & these may lead to the itchy raised areas within the tattoo (usually over certain colors). The reactions include photo-aggravated, granulomatous, lichenoid & pseudolymphomatous reactions. Best thing to do is to see a dermatologist to have the tattoo injected with steroid or have it removed.
