Maybe, maybe, no: Frequent urination often does occur in pregnancy but it could also be from diabetes, infection, medicines including herbals and supplements, bladder disorders like wall muscle instability or interstitial cystitis, or just excessive fluid intake. You cannot detect pregnancy by looking into someone's eyes unless they are holding a pregnancy test result by their face.
