Spinal cord disease: Fsp (or hereditary spastic paraplegia) is a genetic disease characterized by damage to the long nerve tracts in the spinal cord, causing stiffness and cramping. It can also be associated with poor coordination, cataracts, epilepsy, deafness, and damage to nerves outside the spinal cord.
