Lots. See MD: Your picture looks like a cat. If you are the patient, see a vet. Sharp pains under the stomach can be anything from gas to esophagitis to ulcers to gallbladder/biliary pain (colic) to kidney stones to pancreatitis to referred pain from gyn organs to colonic problems to bowel obstruction to other stuff. Need a history and physical exam. May need labs, other tests. See your doc.
