It can be: Define young? I am 37 but i feel young! but really young women do have a harder time with pregnancy. There is an increased risk of pre-eclampsia with young women. Some young women haven't fully developed their pelvis and they have a harder time with a vaginal delivery as well. It is best to wait to get pregnant.
