Why is there swelling in my face? i have swelling in my face on the left. it started when i snorted meth back in high school, i am now 27.

Hard to say: Firstly, you had this happen perhaps 10 years ago, and you haven't done anything about it since? The only thing i could think of is that you got a case of sinusitis back then from snorting, but there is no reason that this would persist these many years later. You need to have a full history, physical examination and perhaps xrays before anybody knows whats going on. See your doctor.
