Have had carpal tunnel surgery scapunate ligament test surgery now doctor want to do proximal row carpectomy surgery what are my chances of gripping?

Fair: Function will be impaired but pain should be better after. Need thorough discussion with surgeon about time to heal and realistic outcome. Fair question is also how many has he/she done? Not super common surgery even for hand specialist.
