A member asked:

Is it possible vulval hidradenitis lesions drain blood/clotted blood instead of pus, and 'drip' blood from lesion? recurrent in same area?

Hidradenitis: What you are trying to describe is not unusual for this condition, as abscesses can be bloody affairs. Sometimes patients with conditions that are chronic tend to self treat and diagnose themselves, as do many patients with chronic hidradenitis. It may be time for an examination to make sure the blood clots are not from any other source.
