Not many proven: Although there are many dietary supplements that claim to improve a persons immune function, most studies are small, not very scientific or done in mice. In my opinion, a healthy diet, healthy weight, exercise, good nights sleep, good attitude/disposition, stop smoking, and being up to date on immunizations is the way to go.
