Probably not: A good healthy diet certainly helps your skin but do not believe your milk intake is responsible for your acne

No, foods do NOT : Cause acne; it comes from hormones (androgens) that increase oil/sebum production; bacteria interact with pores clogged with sebum & dead skin cells. If typical acne treatments have failed, see dermatologist for other options, which may include birth control pills to regulate androgen levels. Milk, unless it's full of unnatural steroids, is good for strong bones & teeth.
