Low fever means what: What is your definition of low fever? Normal course on stomach flu. Lasts about 5-7 days.

Gastroenteritis: The length of time you are contagious with stomach varies depending which virus is the cause. Usually the period lasts from several days to 2 weeks. Would not return to work when febrile.
