I've been having pain in lower right abdomen sometimes sharp, fatigue, insomnia, tests good, alt level at 44, now lymph nodes in neck swollen.

Need further exam: Rlq abd pain if it is not acute could be a number of things and if you do have lymph nodes that are enlarged then it is suggestive of something underlying. I would recommend at least a scan like a ct or u/s to further investigate why this may be the case. Hope this helps and good luck!
