Drug side effect: Cataflam (diclofenac) belongs to a class of drugs called nsaids. They may all cause stomach upset. I would say that while a 4mm stone has a good chance of passing it is unlikely that a 6mm stone will.

Kidney stone : Cataflam (diclofenac) is not particularly useful for kidney stones. It has significant GI side effects. If your stone is passing through the ureter, prostaglandin inhibitors can be helpful in preventing or relieving colic pain. Most urologists would prefer toradol or Ibuprofen for this effect. All drugs in this NSAID category can cause GI upset. If your stone is non-obstructing (in kidney) none are useful.
