See a doctor: Web mds can't tell why you sneeze & cough at the same time because there are many reasons for coughing. Sneezing is a nasal reflex triggered by allergy, irritants & infections. Coughing may be due to sinusitis, postnasal drip, dry throat, irritated vocal cords, asthma, bronchitis, pneumonia, even hiatal hernia. Your doctor will get a complete history & perform a physical exam. Go see your md.
