See a fertility MD: See a fertility doctor for a consultation. Not just a regular ob/gyn, a real infertility doctor that specializes in infertility. You will have a medical work up to determine the cause of the problem. Start talking to other couples with fertility issues to determine the best clinics. Also make sure the embryologist is very good if you wil be undergoing ivf. Good luck.
