Some thoughts..: A few things comes to mind for someone young and otherwise healthy: stress, heartburn (after caffeine, spicy foods, coffee, smoking, alcohol), a viral stomach bug. More concerning signs would include blood in the stool, fevers, vomiting. Make sure you check in with your doc if it's persisting! best of luck.
