Not necessarily: It is possible to have an allergy to different creams, lotions and even prescription medicines that can be used for eczema.

Words matter: Allergy and eczema are two different but related conditions. Someone with eczema usually has other allergic problems. As many as 1/3 of those with eczema have food allergies that aggravate it. You are never allergic to eczema, the words matter and these have specific definitions that exclude the possibility.
